Voltaire was approached by a long standing client to release equity from a residential apartment complex that he was developing. The apartments themselves were nearly structurally complete but required a full internal fit out. The client was looking for us to raise cheap debt to release equity to put towards finishing the apartments as well as funding a portion of his equity for another scheme. We were able to bring in a lending partner that fully understood what our client was looking to achieve and also allows the flexibility of converting the bridge to a buy to let facility should the client wish to keep them in place after the apartments are tenanted.
