An establish client of Voltaire acquired a site with the potential for a large residential-led new build development. Once planning permission was obtained and a suitable contractor signed up Voltaire introduced a British debt fund that provided a construction loan to take the project through to completion.

The upcoming Elizabeth line accessed via nearby Woolwich Arsenal station was a benefit clearly identified by both parties. Over 120 private residential units will be developed along with 30 affordable units and a small element of commercial.
