Q3 has again seen further evidence of continued occupier confidence, reinforced by another major pre-completion transaction at M&G’s iconic 1 Forbury Place where energy company SSE has taken 180,000 sq ft, moving prime Grade A rents in Reading Town Centre to £34.00 per sq ft.
