Equity finance arranged for single unit property in Prime Surrey


Voltaire arranged equity for the acquisition and redevelopment of a single unit property in Prime Surrey. An existing client of ours wished to minimise the quantum of their own cash resources being injected into the project in order to retain the ability to take on future projects. A close family office relationship of Voltaire injected the equity shortfall in return for a share in the development profit.
