Six storey block in East London
Voltaire was approached by an existing client to arrange an investment facility for a 27,000 sq. ft commercial unit in East London which was divided into 6 retail/ studio units as well as a market hall on the ground floor. The client owned the property and had previously fitted it out with a development facility which had subsequently been repaid via an investment loan. The client was seeking cheaper terms and Voltaire was able to refinance the existing debt at a competitive rate.
