Voltaire assisted a long-standing client in securing funding for the acquisition of a Grade II listed building without planning.

Once planning is granted it will be converted into a 147-bed hotel and a 57-bed aparthotel with restaurants, bars and retail on the ground floor. Due to the early stage planning, conventional lending wasn’t a sufficiently flexible option. Hence, Voltaire approached a family office who were able to view the project with an angle.
