Voltaire Financial was approached by an existing student accommodation operator client that had identified an asset to acquire, refurbish and hold as an investment. Voltaire secured a facility which began as a development facility to enable the acquisition and refurbishment of the asset and subsequently remained in place as an investment facility for a longer term.
